Super Coupon Woman to Donate $50,000 in donations in 2015I’m Tina Klein, Founder of Super Coupon Woman Foundation, where our mission is to help those in need with coupons and kindness!

Looking back 10 years ago, I would never have imagined that I would be able to pay it forward to my community, and inspire others to do the same. After all, I was the struggling single mom of 3 girls with only $20.00 a week to spare for whatever I needed, always worrying how to pay the next bill due while trying to be positive for my children.

I am so grateful for complete strangers that stepped up to the plate to help me pay that $600.00 electric bill that was going to get cut off any minute in the middle of August, or those that helped me provide Christmas for my girls, even though it was really hard to accept this help. I’m the mom, I am supposed to make this all work! I sacrificed a lot to be able to stay home with them while they were little, If I went to work, all my money would go to someone else watching them anyway. In 2004, they were finally at an age that I could get a job, and pay the bills easier! As they grew into young ladies, they started becoming more expensive with all those things teenagers just have to have which led me to look for ways to save money! I learned the power of couponing in 2008! I started collecting coupons from friends and family, and started asking the local food pantry to collect them also so I could extreme coupon for my community.

I not only wanted to help my community, but food pantries all across the nation. It was so rewarding the first time I was able to turn in a donation knowing I was helping someone. I wanted to inspire others to do the same, so I started creating challenges for myself and realized I should challenge other couponers to step up to the plate too.

In 2010, I founded the $100,000 Coupon Challenge for couponers around the nation to come together as a team and share their donations they were able to provide for their communities and try to reach $100,000 in donations. No donation is too small to make a difference! It’s fun to see the totals go up throughout the year. 2015 is our 5th annual coupon challenge where I will challenge myself personally to donate $50,000 in donations throughout the year…now that’s a challenge! Want to join us in the coupon challenge? Just like us on Facebook and your part of the team!

Since 2008, I have been able to give back to my community over $50,000 in donations thanks to the power of coupons and some really good shopping skills that I showed off with my recent 2014 Holiday Challenge where I donated over $10,000 retail value which totalled to over 700 gifts for those in need in my community for only $1,450.00! An amazing 85% Savings!!
