As a child, there is nothing worse than losing your favourite toy, your closest companion. So when a young boy lost his favourite baby elephant toy on holiday, his parents had a fantastic idea. They told the boy that his elephant wasn’t lost, just travelling the world…
A family friend took to Reddit, calling on the community in one of the website’s “photoshop battles” and asked for photos of the elephant’s travels around the world. Hundreds of strangers responded with photos of the elephant all around the world, from Italy to Australia to under the sea.

Many have commented how the thread brought a tear to their eye but, most importantly, it managed to bring a smile to the little boy’s face.
