The Buszy Café

The Buszy Café in Milton Keynes has been built in what’s left of the old bus station and is a short walk from the local shopping centre.

The café is run by well trained staff, all of which have a quirky flare and excellent customer service.

Everything is of a high quality but for low prices. This is why I think it especially stands out to the youth of Milton Keynes, in comparison to Costa Coffee or Starbucks, the Buszy café is affordable to most people.

The reward system they offer is also more short term, with a free hot drink after you have bought four, why wouldn’t you want to go there? With the unique building and wide range of drinks and snacks available, it’s appealing to everyone.

A Social Enterprise Cafe

The Buszy Café is also a social enterprise, with all profits being reinvested into the local community to help train volunteers, run youth projects and in general to help make a difference. This is also another thing that persuades me to buy my coffee there, I know that my money will benefit someone else in some shape or form.

As a teenager living in Milton Keynes, I am welcomed by the diverse environment of the Buszy Café. The renovated bus station of which the café is situated makes the café more unique than any other in Milton Keynes.

In the café my favourite things to buy are a Pizza Panini with pepperoni and jalapeños and an iced coffee with vanilla syrup.
